Deadline for Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature and intended use. These include, but are not limited to ear plugs, sleep eye masks, and water bottles.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the fulfillment center of which it was sent from. Any item that is returned damaged, used, missing parts, or is past the 30-day period from delivery will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
How To Start A Return
To begin your return or exchange, please use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. All returns must be approved in advance by our support team. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Our team will email you detailed return instructions, including the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after several days:
- Verify your bank account balance.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
