HOW TO USE:
1. Insert the claws into the door strike plate.
2. Hold the metal in place and shut the door.
3. Insert the moving half-moon metal piece inside the hole near the door.
4. Confirm the door cannot be opened by giving a tug.
This design struck me as a beautiful elegant simple strong security device, compact, lightweight, and simple, with no batteries. The one issue I am a little concerned about is that it does depend on a small gap between the door and the frame, or more precisely the door catch and the striking plate. You might find that a specific door needed a heavy shoulder action to close it, not to mention opening it again. This door lock will work well with almost all doors. Love it!

Stronger than I was expecting and works as described.
Works good! I've used it a handful of times on my solo trip when I was staying by myself. But where I appreciated it the most was when I went to shower at a hostel where the door lock was broken!! 5/5
Super easy to use after the first try. Lightweight to pack and very sturdy. The additional lock gave me real peace of mind in hotels and Airbnbs so I got another one for my daughter as well..
